Who would have thought in mid-November 2019 that virtual events were the only way to move forward in the future?
It would be easy to say it’s fortunate we predicted that would be the case, and invested accordingly with the help of a crowdfunding campaign.
However, given the circumstances that proved us right…trust me when I say we’d rather have been wrong about it all.
Even so, hosting events online during all the turbulence of 2020 has been a bright spot and we extend our gratitude to all those who have supported the campaign so far, and the hundreds who participated in our beta tests.
If you haven’t gotten lifetime access to our events by supporting to our campaign there’s still time! You can still support us on Indiegogo as an attendee, vendor, or sponsor.
Beyond that, if you’re just interested in some of our standalone events, such as the Self-Employment Productivity Summit or Writing Genre While Black, we still have some free live tickets available for those — but you might want to secure permanent access with one of our unlimited number of paid tickets.
While some events are still in the works, such as the Writing in the Dark three-day online summit for horror writing, or our international poetry summit planned for later this year, we’re always open to suggestions for events and pitches for event partnerships.
