Your achievements contributing to team goals can be revised and improved but only when we first have something tangible to build from.
Our is a knowledge acceleration environment; if you're not asking questions, getting feedback and advice, or enrolled in classes then something is wrong.
In that case, we've let you down by failing to provide the guidance and security necessary for you to achieve more than when you arrived.
In all stages of a project, we update everyone involved.
Each of us is an instructor at times, a news anchor at others, but only when it comes to our own achievements or other personal details.
We are also curators of the content we broadcast internally; our information is organized according to team standards to increase the effectiveness of transmission.
Sometimes your skillset makes you the lead on a project, sometimes your accomplishments contribute toward company goals lead by a team member.
We are many mouths with one stomach; to steal from or denigrate another person who makes up part of the AllAccessCon body harms the company directly and you by proxy.
We don't work with you unless we trust you, fully, so you'll find yourself with room to contribute to the full extent of your ability.
Improvement is better.
Continuing to do so is best.
If you optimize yourself out of a job we will always have a new one for you.
AllAccessCon is a dynamic environment where you will have room to be the best version of yourself a company environment can sustain.
Our team is the entirety of the company; to invest in the company we have to invest in you.
But before that can happen we have to go through the process of getting to know each other, starting with online application forms, then video conferencing when you make it through the first round of consideration.
Our pledge is to keep you in the loop and let you know what is happening at each stage of your application process.
